Ventria Bioscience and U.S. Centers for Disease Control Scientists Receive CO-LABS Governor’s Award for High-Impact Research in Public Health

Collaboration Receives Special Recognition as a Strong Public-Private Research Partnership

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – October 14, 2014 – Ventria Bioscience announced today that a research collaboration between scientists from Ventria Bioscience and the Bacterial Diseases Branch, Division of Vector-Borne Diseases at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has been selected to receive the 2014 Governor’s Award for High-Impact Research in the area of public health. The award, which is given every year by CO-LABS, recognizes the achievement and global impact of research coming out of federally funded laboratories based in the state of Colorado.
